The apparent reason for women's involvement to the prostitution is economic difficulties in the economic structure of their families in there home countries. This is way the program of the professional preparation was developed. The goal of the program is to insure the professional skills that will widen women's occupational opportunities upon arrival back home. The shelter holds numerous professional courses such as manicure/pedicure, nail building, professional make up, computer course, English and Hebrew classes and different workshops including aerobics, relaxation techniques and arts.

Women who stay in the shelter have rights to receive a work visa with permission. More then fifty percent of women who stay in the shelter are working in the work (restaurants, shops, coffee house, cosmetic salons etc.). Finding jobs and accompanying women is force done by the staff of the shelter. When starting a job in society women are meeting the realities of work occupation. This helps them to support financially their families and make living without harming themselves.
The contact with various employers brings back memories and experiences from the past. Every week a special group meets in order to analogs the different aspects difficulties of the jobs.
